This morning we woke up to another "It's a beautiful day!" from Peyton. *Laughing* But this time he was talking to Mr. Mike. Peyton was super excited to wake up next to his buddy Mr. Mike! Mike and Nanny came in around 9:00 last night and played a few rounds of Uno with us. :) We all got in bed late but Peyton made sure we were all up super early to begin our day! Ha!
So after breakfast we drove over to Mimi and Pawpaw's to have our morning bike ride in this beautiful weather. Now we all know that a family trip is never free from incidences, so it was not surprising to see that Pawpaw was acting kind of funny. He wasn't in a great mood and was very quiet. At first we thought he was probably tired from staying up so late last night but soon learned that he was having an Angioendema attack with his stomach. Which is never good news! So after our bike trip, that was pretty much the last time we saw Pawpaw today. Sweet Peyton just couldn't understand why his Pawpaw was staying in the camper. Everytime I explained to him that Pawpaw was sick he wanted to go see him not understanding that Pawpaw needed his rest. Oh well! So we all hung out at our cabin (with the dogs which is not permitted) so that Pawpaw can have some peace and quiet. We are all hoping he is better tomorrow. We shall see!!
