Amber invited all of the kiddies over to play in their new house located in River Ridge (jealous). I miss that area so much. The kids loved playing on the levee. I miss living by the levee and reminisce the olden days when Zackie and I would walk it every day before husband and kiddie's arrived. Such a fun day!

Kid's Zoo to Do
So, we won ticket's at Brenna's Crohns Walk to the Zoo to Do for Kids. And we had sooo much fun at this event. There are crafts, and wildlife, and bubbles and great food for the kids and the parents who are a kid at heart! I am so glad that we had the opportunity to go.

Crohns Walk for Brenna
To help support finding a cure for Crohns Disease, we participated in their annual walk. It was very nicely organized. The kids had a blast supporting Brenna together. And the best part was that my name was drawn for two free tickets to the Zoo to Do for Kids! Exciting!!

Fun with Paint
It looks like so much fun, I was tempted to do this myself. Making tracks with paint, then painting themselves. It must be fun to be a kid!!

Little Ms. Long Legs
Sometimes I can not believe that I have two children who will be taller than m by the age of 10. Ha! This girl's legs! Wow. Daddy better watch out. I have a feeling this girl will be a little beauty with long legs and long hair with green eyes. Look out!

Percy Quinn Camping Trip
Usually I love our family camping trips. We started, I believe, when Peyton turned 2 and since then, it has become an almost yearly occasion. So I was pretty excited about this coming camping trip, counting the days until I get to relax and spend valuable, quality time with my family. However, this trip was rather rough. The lake being "back" was not necessarily back. It was still over grown (construction issues) which took away most of the beauty. I was sad to see that. Dad was sick and on antibiotics so he was not the greatest of company. But he tried to hang, poor thing. Angela was big and pregnant, so she was very limited on what she could do. I had an infected tooth plus was not feeling all that great, but I still was not feeling bad enough to let it ruin my good time. AND the worse of all was Kevin who had Tonsillitis. Yep, Tonsillitis which included a trip to the nearest doctor, antibiotics, and isolation in the spare cabin bed room. Yeah....good times I tell ya. So barely no bike riding, no one had much of an appetite, and people were in different places at different times. Not my idea of family quality time! But I took pictures. Thank goodness for my camera that took the very rare fun moments (camp fire, smores, Dinner Bell, Angela's maternity pictures and nature) of this miserable trip. So here they are! Here is to next year! Hopefully a better family experience! :)
